Quadburster Troubleshooting

Jammed

  • Identify which bin is jammed (dashes will appear on the Ticket Price Window).

  • Unload the bin by scanning the "unload" barcode on the front of (+).  Do NOT clear the bins Inventory.

  • Reload the bin.

Wrong Number of Tickets Being Fed

Verify the Unit Length of the Loaded Pack is correct.  If the Unit Length is correct:

  1. Unload the bin.

  2. Clear the bins Inventory.

  3. Reload the bin and ensure the displayed parameters match the tickets.

Tickets Getting Caught in Chute

  • Sell faulty pack over the counter.

  • Longer (10”, 12”) tickets may be loaded in lower bins or sold over the counter.

  • Flex tickets by bowing the pack a few times.

Error Message: "Game Already Loaded In Bin”

  • Unload both bins.

  • Clear the Inventory for both bins.

  • Reload the bins.

Error Message "Code 5"

  • This error message occurs when tickets being loaded are not "Confirmed".
