Bill Acceptor Troubleshooting

  1. Open the bill acceptor compartment with the security key and gently tilt the assembly down.

  2. Place your finger on the black groove and your thumb on the chrome bar.  Then, squeeze the chrome bar to release the bill acceptor read head.

  3. Gently lift the read head from the bill acceptor and clear any jammed bills.

  4. Gently slide the read head down into its locked position.  If the read head is put into its proper position it will reset after 10 seconds.
