Quadburster Troubleshooting
Jammed

Identify which bin is jammed (dashes will appear on the Ticket Price Window).

Unload the bin by scanning the "unload" barcode on the front of (+). Do NOT clear the bins Inventory.

Reload the bin.
Wrong Number of Tickets Being Fed
Verify the Unit Length of the Loaded Pack is correct. If the Unit Length is correct:

Unload the bin.
-
Clear the bins Inventory.
-
Reload the bin and ensure the displayed parameters match the tickets.
Tickets Getting Caught in Chute

Sell faulty pack over the counter.
-
Longer (10”, 12”) tickets may be loaded in lower bins or sold over the counter.

Flex tickets by bowing the pack a few times.
Error Message: "Game Already Loaded In Bin”

Unload both bins.

Clear the Inventory for both bins.

Reload the bins.
Error Message "Code 5"
- This error message occurs when tickets being loaded are not "Confirmed".
