Barcode Scanner Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

  • Check to make sure there is no damage to wire.

  • Check to see if the barcode scanner has fallen off the Velcro (not staying attached to the terminal)

  • Clean lens (with dry cloth)

  • If no beam ensure the usb cable is seated firmly into the back of the terminal.
