Troubleshooting

Check to make sure there is no damage to wire.

Check to see if the barcode scanner has fallen off the Velcro (not staying attached to the terminal)

Clean lens (with dry cloth)

If no beam ensure the usb cable is seated firmly into the back of the terminal.
