Quadburster Troubleshooting
Jammed

Identify which bin is jammed (dashes will appear in the ticket price window).
- Unload the bin (Do not clear Inventory).

- If unable to unload using (-), tear the pack of tickets from the one jammed in the burster and use (+).
- Reload the bin.
Tickets Getting Caught in Chute
Note: Longer (10”, 12”) tickets may be loaded in lower bins or sold over the counter.

Ensure Chute cover is securely closed.

“Flex” tickets by bowing the pack a few times.

Unload the bin.

Reload the bin.
“Error Code 2 Declined”
This message will appear when attempting to load out dated tickets OR if the tickets have not been confirmed.
