Quadburster Troubleshooting

Jammed

  1. Identify which bin is jammed (dashes will appear in the ticket price window).

  2. Unload the bin (Do not clear Inventory).
    • If unable to unload using (-), tear the pack of tickets from the one jammed in the burster and use (+).
  1. Reload the bin.

Tickets Getting Caught in Chute

Note: Longer (10”, 12”) tickets may be loaded in lower bins or sold over the counter.

  1. Ensure Chute cover is securely closed.

  2. “Flex” tickets by bowing the pack a few times.

  3. Unload the bin.

  4. Reload the bin.

“Error Code 2 Declined”

This message will appear when attempting to load out dated tickets OR if the tickets have not been confirmed.
