Barcode Scanner Troubleshooting

  1. Check connections on the cord.

  2. Power reset the GameTouch 20/28 using the power switch.
    • The power switch is located below the barcode scanner on the GameTouch 20 and above the managers display/touchscreen on the GameTouch 28.
