Remote Disable - Keyfob Control

Remote Disable is a feature on the Game Touch and G20 systems intended to discourage underage use. This feature allows store personnel to “disable” the machine via a remote control key fob.

Using the Self-Service Terminal Key Fob

 

  • To disable the machine, press the “I” button on the remote Keyfob transmitter. To reactivate, press the “I” button again.

NOTE:

  • Retailers with more than one Game Touch terminal in one location can remotely control multiple machines with a single Keyfob.
  • When needed, Retailers can also use the Keyfob to clear available credits on the GameTouch terminals and print Refund slips.

GT28C Printer - Change Paper

 

  1. Using the "Pull to Open" Handle, slide the Printer forward.

  2. Press Green button on top of printer to open.

  3. Refill Paper Roll with new roll of Thermal Paper and place roll in Printer. Paper roll must be inserted so it feeds forward from the top of the paper roll.

  4. Feed Paper through back and close Printer. The Printer will automatically begin to feed paper through.

Accutherm Printer - Change Paper

 

  1. Using the Pull Handle, slide the Printer tray forward.

  2. Press Gray button on the top of printer and lift to open lid.

  3. Place Thermal Paper into Printer and pull paper up and Over the Roller.

  4. Close Printer. The Printer will automatically begin to feed paper through once the lid is closed.
