Retailers can utilize the Out of Stock Prevention Guide as a quickly references for best practices that help ensure Scratch inventory is being properly tracked and managed.

Also provided on the Out of Stock Prevention Guide are four quick scan barcodes that can be scanned at the Self-Service terminals to quickly generate the following frequently generated reports:

Configuration Report

Provides information about the latest configuration of the terminal.

Used by Field Services.

1. Touch CONFIGURATION REPORT from the Reports Menu.
   

2. The screen displays the report. Use the UP and DOWN ARROWS to scroll through text.
   

3. Touch one of the PRINT buttons to print the report. Touch HOME to return to the Manager Functions Menu.
