Self Service ITVM: Security Report

Printing the LVM Security report from the GT-1200 shows the previous ten (10) occurrences of when the Lottery Vending Machine (LVM) or Self-Service Terminal (SST) main door reported open or closed.

Please Note: When running the LVM Security report from the GT-1200, both terminals must be linked and communicating on the same network. If both terminals are not communicating, the following message may appear:

Best Practice: For a more comprehensive list of security events and details, Retailers should run the Security Reports directly from the connected LVM or SST.

Self Service ITVM: Status Report

The LVM Status Report shows a quick overview of the functionality/usability of the connected Self-Service Terminal (SST) or Lottery Vending Machine (LVM). The Status Report also indicates if any BINS are low on tickets, jammed or non-responding.

Self Service ITVM: Inventory Reports

The LVM Inventory Report provides a quick overview of the scratch tickets loaded into a connected Self Service Terminal (SST) or Lottery Vending Machine (LVM). The Report breaks down inventory based off game number and quantity of tickets in each BIN.

Self Service ITVM: Sales Reports

Self Service Reports provide a quick overview of sales made through a connected Instant Ticket Vending Machine (ITVM) or Self-Service Terminal (SST).  Retailers will have the option to run individual sales reports for the desired time selected.

*Sales Reports include both Instant and Draw game sales.

Retailer must select day/dates for the desired report.

  • TODAY: Sales during the current day. Report captures sales made from the time of the terminal’s initial log-in until the time the report is ran.
  • YESTERDAY: Total sales for the full previous day.
  • TWO DAYS AGO: Total sales from two days prior to current day.
  • THREE DAYS AGO: Total sales from three days prior to current day.
  • THIS WEEK: Total sales for the current-week-to-date.
  • LAST WEEK: Total sales for the previous week.
  • TWO WEEKS AGO: Total sales from two weeks prior to current day.
  • THIS MONTH: Sales during the current month. Report captures sales made from the beginning of the month until the date the report is ran.
  • LAST MONTH: Total sales for the full previous month.
  • LIFETIME: All sales made through a machine.
